  • SayPro 2025 Father’s Day Speech Delivered by the Deputy Treasurer of the SayPro Royal Committee – Jane Ndlovu

Good day, SayPro family, esteemed guests, colleagues, and most importantly, the fathers and father figures we are gathered here to honour today,

As the Deputy Treasurer of the SayPro Royal Committee, it is my great pleasure to stand before you on this special occasion – Father’s Day 2025. This is more than just a celebration; it is a tribute to those who have laid the foundations for our success, guided us through life’s challenges, and supported us even when no one was watching.

At SayPro, we work with numbers, budgets, and plans – all critical components of what we do. But today, we acknowledge something even more valuable: the emotional and moral investment that fathers make in their families and communities. That is an investment no calculator can measure and no spreadsheet can quantify.

Fathers are often the quiet providers, the firm but fair leaders, the dependable protectors. They are the ones who go without so that their families can have more. They teach us about discipline, about endurance, and about doing what is right, even when it’s hard.

In our SayPro community, many of the young people we serve draw strength from the fathers or father figures in their lives. And many others are uplifted by the presence of mentors, teachers, and leaders who have taken on that role with heart and humility. To all of you – we say, thank you.

We also acknowledge that not everyone’s journey with fatherhood has been easy. Some carry the absence of a father, while others walk the path of being a father under great pressure. Still, you rise, and still, you give. And that strength deserves to be honoured.

To every father within the SayPro family – staff, mentors, partners, and supporters – we want you to know your contributions matter deeply. Your presence, your guidance, and your sacrifices shape the lives of future generations.

On this Father’s Day 2025, let us celebrate your role not just in the household, but in the heart of society. You are not only fathers in title – you are leaders, providers, teachers, and protectors.

From all of us at SayPro and on behalf of the SayPro Royal Committee, I wish you peace, love, and pride on this special day.

Happy Father’s Day – you are appreciated, you are valued, and you are celebrated.

    Thank you.

  • SayPro 2025 Father’s Day Speech Delivered by a Non-Executive Member of the SayPro Royal Committee – Israel Basie Medupe

Good day, SayPro family, honoured fathers, colleagues, and friends,

It is both a privilege and a heartfelt honour to stand before you today, as a non-executive member of the SayPro Royal Committee, to celebrate an occasion that touches all of us – Father’s Day 2025.

Today is a special day. A day not just of celebration, but of deep recognition and appreciation. It is a day when we pause to say thank you to the fathers and father figures who have shaped us, supported us, and stood by us, often quietly, always powerfully.

Fatherhood is more than a title – it is a lifelong commitment. A commitment to love, protect, guide, and sometimes sacrifice without expecting anything in return. It is found in the simplest of acts – walking a child to school, sharing advice during tough times, working late to make ends meet, or just being there with quiet strength when words fall short.

At SayPro, we are proud to be part of a movement that values family, growth, mentorship, and leadership. And on days like today, we are reminded that many of these values come from the lessons passed down by fathers – whether by birth, by bond, or by role.

We celebrate every kind of father:

    • The biological fathers raising children with love and guidance.
    • The stepfathers and guardians who step in and never step back.
    • The uncles, brothers, and community leaders who offer wisdom and protection.
    • And the fathers we remember with love and honour, whose legacies still shape us.

As a non-executive member, I may not be in the daily operations of SayPro, but I see and deeply appreciate the role of fathers in shaping the leaders of tomorrow – many of whom are part of our programmes, internships, and training initiatives.

To every father in our SayPro community, we want you to know: you matter, your efforts are seen, and your impact is lasting.

May this Father’s Day be a reminder that your love and leadership are priceless gifts that continue to influence generations.

From the entire SayPro Royal Committee, and from all of us in the SayPro family – we salute you, we thank you, and we celebrate you.

    Happy Father’s Day 2025!

    Thank you.

  • SayPro 2025 Father’s Day Speech Delivered by the Treasurer of the SayPro Royal Committee – Dipuo Mildred Mamabolo

Good day, SayPro family, distinguished guests, colleagues, and most importantly, our fathers and father figures,

As the Treasurer of the SayPro Royal Committee, it brings me great honour to join you on this special occasion – Father’s Day 2025 – a day set aside to celebrate the unwavering dedication, sacrifice, and leadership of fathers across our communities.

Today, we take a moment to acknowledge those who invest not only in the financial well-being of their families, but also in love, in time, and in character. While I work with figures and resources daily, I can confidently say that some of the most valuable contributions in life can never be measured in numbers – and among these is the role of a father.

Fathers are often the silent strength behind the scenes – budgeting for school fees, sacrificing personal dreams to create opportunities for their children, and ensuring that their families are stable and secure. These daily acts of responsibility often go unseen, but today, we shine a spotlight on them.

At SayPro, we believe in celebrating the full value of human contribution. And just as we manage and allocate resources to build strong programs, our fathers manage emotional, spiritual, and financial responsibilities to build strong families. This is no small task.

We also recognise that many of our young people, including those who have passed through SayPro’s internships and development programs, have been supported by fathers, uncles, brothers, and male mentors who chose to stand in the gap. Your contribution is powerful. Your impact is lasting.

As we honour you today, we reflect not only on the role of provider, but on the deeper meaning of fatherhood – being present, being patient, and being a source of encouragement.

To the fathers who balance late nights and early mornings, who stretch every rand to ensure no one in their household goes without, who teach through actions more than words – we see you, we honour you, and we thank you.

From the bottom of our hearts, and on behalf of the SayPro Royal Committee, I wish every father and father figure a joyful and meaningful Father’s Day.

You are the backbone of our families, the foundation of our future, and the heroes of our hearts.

    Happy Father’s Day 2025!

    Thank you.

  • SayPro 2025 Father’s Day Speech Delivered by the Deputy Secretary of the SayPro Royal Committee – Martha Keditlwaetse Moshoeshoe

Good day, SayPro family, honoured guests, and especially, the fathers and father figures who grace us with their presence today.

It is a sincere privilege to speak on this occasion, on behalf of the SayPro Royal Committee, as we celebrate Father’s Day 2025 – a day of deep gratitude, reflection, and recognition.

Today, we shine a light on the pillars of strength in our homes and communities – our fathers. These are the men who carry not only the weight of daily responsibilities but the hopes and dreams of generations to come. Whether they do so through words of encouragement, acts of service, or quiet resilience, their impact is immeasurable.

Fathers are leaders. They guide with wisdom, protect with strength, and love with quiet determination. They teach us how to rise when we fall, how to stay grounded when we succeed, and how to lead with integrity.

At SayPro, we recognise the power of positive fatherhood. Many of the young people we work with have been uplifted by the presence – or memory – of a dedicated father or male mentor. And in cases where that presence was missing, we’ve seen incredible resilience, where others stepped in to fill that role – teachers, coaches, brothers, uncles, community elders. Today, we honour them all.

As Deputy Secretary, I have witnessed firsthand the role that male leaders play in nurturing a culture of care, discipline, and accountability. These same values are mirrored in strong fatherhood. It is not always easy – in fact, it rarely is – but it is always meaningful.

Let us also remember that celebrating our fathers goes beyond just today. It is about recognising their contribution in our everyday lives and giving them the appreciation they often receive too quietly.

To all the fathers in SayPro, to those who have passed on and left a legacy, and to the young men growing into the role of fatherhood – we honour you. You are the foundation upon which many lives are built, and your influence continues to ripple across time.

On this Father’s Day, we say: Thank you. We see you. We appreciate you.

May you feel celebrated, uplifted, and proud of the difference you make every single day.

Happy Father’s Day 2025 from SayPro!

    Thank you.

  • SayPro 2025 Father’s Day Speech Delivered by the Secretary of the SayPro Royal Committee – Mary Mapula Malebe

Good day, distinguished guests, fellow colleagues, interns, partners, and most importantly, the fathers and father figures among us,

On behalf of the SayPro Royal Committee, I am deeply honoured to stand before you today as we celebrate and acknowledge a group of individuals whose presence, strength, and guidance shape our families, communities, and organisations – our fathers.

Today, we pause as a nation, as a community, and as SayPro, to say thank you. Thank you to the fathers who wake up each morning and lead by example. Thank you to the men who support their families not only with provision, but with presence. And thank you to the father figures who have stepped in with love where it was most needed.

Fatherhood is not defined by perfection, but by responsibility, sacrifice, and love. It is found in the daily acts – showing up, listening, encouraging, and protecting. Whether biological, adoptive, stepfathers, uncles, grandfathers, mentors, or community leaders – today is your day.

Here at SayPro, we believe in honouring every role that contributes to building the next generation. Many of our young people are standing strong because of the guidance of a father or mentor. We salute those who have poured their wisdom into the lives of our interns, staff, and future leaders.

We also acknowledge that today may be difficult for some – those who have lost fathers, or those who never had the chance to know theirs. We hold you in our hearts and celebrate the strength you carry forward.

Let Father’s Day 2025 remind us of the value of family, unity, and legacy. Let us not only celebrate with words but continue to create safe, supportive, and empowering environments where fathers and father figures thrive.

To every father in the SayPro family – thank you for standing tall in times of uncertainty, for nurturing hope, and for teaching us to believe in our potential.

May this Father’s Day bring you the love, honour, and peace you so richly deserve.

From all of us at SayPro, we celebrate you.

    Happy Father’s Day!

    Thank you.

  • SayPro 2025 Father’s Day Speech By the Deputy Chairperson of the SayPro Royal Committee – Sapapi Johannes Mputla

Distinguished guests, esteemed colleagues, beloved fathers, and all members of the SayPro family,

    Good day to you all.

It is with great honour and heartfelt pride that I stand before you today on behalf of the SayPro Royal Committee to celebrate one of the most meaningful days in our calendar – Father’s Day 2025. Today, we do not simply mark a date; we celebrate strength, guidance, mentorship, and love.

Fathers – in every form – are the quiet architects of stability, the protectors in storms, and the visionaries who teach us to dream and to rise. Whether by blood, by spirit, or by commitment, every father figure here has carried the great responsibility of nurturing life and shaping the future.

At SayPro, we recognise the powerful role fathers play in families, communities, and in our work. Many of our interns, our staff, and our leaders are who they are today because of a father’s unwavering presence – or the courage it took to thrive in the absence of one.

Fathers teach us how to navigate a world that is not always kind. They teach us discipline, compassion, courage, and integrity. And many of them do this while juggling countless challenges – economic pressures, emotional burdens, societal expectations – yet still choosing to lead with love and resilience.

To the fathers working at SayPro, the ones raising young minds, and those who have mentored and inspired future leaders, we thank you. Your sacrifice does not go unnoticed. Your legacy lives in every young person you have lifted, every lesson you have passed down, and every value you have instilled.

Let this day remind us not only to say thank you, but to live in appreciation. Let us recommit ourselves to honouring our fathers by striving to be honest, strong, and compassionate citizens of the world – just as they have taught us.

As we celebrate today, may we reach out to the fathers among us, give them their flowers while they can still smell them, and let them know they are seen, valued, and deeply loved.

On behalf of the SayPro Royal Committee, we wish all fathers and father figures a joyful, peaceful, and blessed Father’s Day.

You are our heroes. You are our roots. You are our pride.

    Thank you.

  • SayPro 2025 Agriculture Day Speech By Royal Committee, Non-Executive Member – Israel Basie Medupe

Your Majesties, Respected Traditional Leaders, Esteemed SayPro Executives, Distinguished Guests, Farmers, Youth Representatives, and Members of our Cherished Communities,
    Good day to you all.

It is with deep honour and humble gratitude that I address you today as a Non-Executive Member of the SayPro Royal Committee on this special occasion — SayPro Agriculture Day 2025.

As we gather beneath the open skies, with the scent of soil and promise in the air, we are reminded of the timeless truth: agriculture is life. It is not just about food on our tables — it is about dignity, tradition, resilience, and opportunity.

My name is Israel Basie Medupe, and I come before you not only as a servant of SayPro but as a son of this soil — one who understands the spiritual, cultural, and economic power of agriculture in shaping our lives and our communities.

As a Non-Executive Member, I am entrusted with the responsibility to offer independent oversight, community-rooted advice, and to be a voice for accountability. But more than that, I see my role as one of ensuring that every initiative led by SayPro honours both tradition and progress, and that our agriculture programmes truly serve the people they are meant for.

This year, 2025, marks a turning point. We have seen:

    • Youth taking charge of agribusiness opportunities, supported by SayPro’s Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programmes in partnership with the University of Johannesburg
    • Traditional farming methods blending with new technologies, increasing productivity while maintaining environmental respect
    • Greater access to funding, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing platforms for women, rural farmers, and cooperatives
    • And a growing commitment to food sovereignty and community-driven sustainability

Let me be clear — we are not just growing crops. We are growing a movement. A movement where our elders are respected as knowledge keepers, our youth are empowered as innovators, and our land is protected as a sacred inheritance.

As Mr. Medupe, I call on all of us — leaders, citizens, professionals, and traditional custodians — to continue championing this cause with boldness, clarity, and unity. Let us support policy that empowers, let us fund programmes that uplift, and let us remember that the health of our nation begins with the health of our soil.

In closing, I leave you with these words:

“A nation that cannot feed itself is a nation that cannot free itself.”

Together, with SayPro leading the way, we will feed, free, and build Africa — one field, one youth, one harvest at a time.

    Happy SayPro Agriculture Day 2025.
May we walk this path with purpose, and may our hands never tire of planting hope.

    Thank you.
    Ke a leboga.
    Ngiyabonga.

  • SayPro 2025 Agriculture Day Speech By SayPro Royal Committee Treasurer – Dipuo Mildred Mamabolo

Your Majesties, Esteemed Guests, Respected Partners, SayPro Leadership, and Beloved Communities,
    Good day.

It is a profound honour to address you today on this special occasion — SayPro Agriculture Day 2025 — a day where we honour not only the soil that sustains us, but the cultural, economic, and spiritual heritage that agriculture represents in our communities.

As the Royal Committee Treasurer of SayPro, I stand at the intersection of heritage, responsibility, and accountability. My role is not simply about managing resources — it is about protecting legacy, ensuring wise stewardship, and honouring the ancestral relationship between our people and the land.

Today, we gather not only to celebrate progress in agriculture, but to reflect on how we invest in that progress — financially, ethically, and with long-term vision. True development, especially in agriculture, demands not only innovation but sustainable resource management, fair distribution, and accountability to both our people and our future.

In 2025, I am proud to report that SayPro has ensured:

    • Transparent allocation of agricultural development funds, reaching smallholder farmers, youth enterprises, and women-led cooperatives
    • Strengthened community-based budgeting, allowing traditional leaders and local stakeholders to help guide how resources are spent
    • Increased investment in agricultural training and internships through our Work Integrated Learning (WIL) partnerships, including our ongoing collaboration with institutions like the University of Johannesburg
    • And the introduction of agricultural grant oversight mechanisms, which ensure every rand spent is a seed planted for growth, dignity, and impact

At SayPro, we do not see agriculture as a line item — we see it as a lifeline. And our Royal Committee is committed to upholding the honour and integrity of how we support the people who care for the land.

We respect our traditional leaders for their wisdom and their role in guiding rural development. We value our farmers for their hard work and resilience. And we uplift our young agripreneurs as the hope of our future.

Today, let us not only celebrate crops and harvests. Let us celebrate accountability, transparency, and the wise use of every resource entrusted to us.

To our communities — thank you for your trust.
To our royal partners — thank you for your guidance.
To SayPro — thank you for your unwavering commitment to excellence in every sector.

On this SayPro Agriculture Day 2025, let us continue to sow with integrity, grow with wisdom, and harvest with honour.

    I thank you.
May our land always provide, and may we always protect it well.
