A minimum of 95% of all employees directly involved in bidding and tender submissions must complete the full curriculum of the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-1: SayPro Quarterly Bid and Tender Training.
Key Components of the Goal:
- Identification of Training Cohort
- Compile a list of all staff who are involved in the bidding process, including:
- Bid coordinators
- Proposal writers
- Project managers
- Procurement liaisons
- Legal and compliance personnel
- Ensure the list is updated at the beginning of each quarter to capture new staff or role changes.
