Objective: Once the relevant data has been entered into SayPro, employees will use the platform’s automated tools to generate the Monthly January List of Government Donors Report. This report will provide a comprehensive list of all government donors who contributed to SayPro in January, including a total amount of donations received.


Step 1: Access the Automated Reporting Tools

  1. Log in to SayPro:
    • Employees will need to log into SayPro with their credentials to access the reporting tools.
  2. Navigate to the Reporting Section:
    • In the SayPro platform, locate and select the section or module for generating reports. Choose the Monthly Government Donors Report template or an equivalent option for January.

Step 2: Set Report Parameters

  1. Select the Time Frame:
    • Set the time frame for the report to cover January of the relevant year.
      • Example: January 2025.
  2. Choose Relevant Data Fields:
    • Ensure the report includes key information for all donations received during January:
      • Government Donor Name: The name of each government agency or department.
