  • Objective: Conduct research and identify relevant tenders that align with SayPro’s capabilities from the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-1 and SayPro Quarterly Project Proposal and Tender Support documents.

Tasks:

  • Review SayPro Monthly January SCMR-1 and SayPro Quarterly Project Proposal and Tender Support Documents:
    • Thoroughly go through the contents of both documents to understand the types of tenders listed, the specific requirements, and the qualifications needed.
    • Identify the scope of work for each tender, focusing on projects that align with SayPro’s expertise.
    • Cross-reference previous tender opportunities from the last quarter to assess whether similar tenders are available again.
  • Market Research for Tender Opportunities:
    • Research external sources (online tender portals, government websites, industry publications) to find additional tender opportunities that may not be included in the internal documentation but align with SayPro’s capabilities.
    • Identify government and private sector tenders, specifically those in the sectors SayPro is focusing on (e.g., IT services, project management, consulting).
  • Preliminary Tender Matching:
    • Compile a list of tenders that seem promising and align with SayPro’s expertise, ensuring they match the company’s technical and operational capabilities.
    • Prioritize tenders based on deadlines, scope, and alignment with SayPro’s strengths.
  • Internal Coordination:
    • Set up a meeting with SayPro’s relevant departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to review the identified tenders and confirm the feasibility of bidding.
    • Share the preliminary list of tenders with senior management for approval and further input.
  • Documenting and Organizing:
