SayPro Job Description for Ad Performance Analysis Team Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:
Set up and manage ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Setup & Management

  • Ad Campaign Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and set up ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital marketing platforms, with a focus on achieving the objectives of the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-8 Campaign.
  • Target Audience Definition: Develop and manage audience segments based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and other targeting parameters to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Ad Creative Strategy: Work closely with the creative team to ensure that the ad creatives are aligned with campaign goals, messaging, and branding guidelines.

2. Ad Campaign Optimization

  • Continuous Monitoring: Regularly track and monitor key metrics for all ad campaigns (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Data-Driven Adjustments: Utilize data and performance insights to make adjustments to campaigns in real-time, including tweaking targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocations, and ad creatives to enhance campaign performance.
  • A/B Testing: Implement and oversee A/B testing strategies for ad copies, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments to determine the most effective combinations for performance optimization.
  • Platform-Specific Optimizations: Stay up to date with the unique features of each platform and leverage them (e.g., Google Ads’ Smart Bidding, Facebook’s dynamic ads, Instagram’s shopping features) to maximize campaign effectiveness.

3. Ad Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Performance Metrics Tracking: Measure and track performance using key metrics such as cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost-per-action (CPA), and others to evaluate the success of ad campaigns.
  • Monthly Reporting: Create and present detailed performance reports for the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-8 Campaign, providing actionable insights and identifying areas for improvement or further optimization.
  • Campaign Insights & Recommendations: Provide recommendations on how to improve campaign performance based on data analysis and competitor benchmarking. Identify trends in performance and deliver insights on ways to refine future campaigns.

4. Budget Management & Optimization

  • Budget Allocation: Work with the budget team to manage ad spend effectively across platforms, ensuring that campaigns stay within budget while still achieving campaign objectives.
  • ROI Maximization: Make recommendations on budget reallocations and bid adjustments based on performance data to ensure the most efficient use of resources across digital platforms.
  • Cost Control: Ensure campaigns maintain profitability by optimizing for lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and improving return on ad spend (ROAS).

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaboration with Creative Team: Partner with the creative team to ensure ads are designed in a way that aligns with both performance goals and branding strategies.
  • Collaboration with Analytics Team: Work closely with data analysts to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and integrate findings into future campaign strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate results and performance insights with internal stakeholders, including marketing managers, product teams, and executives, to ensure alignment and ongoing campaign success.

6. Staying Updated on Digital Marketing Trends

  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing, including platform updates, new advertising features, and emerging strategies.
  • Platform Innovations: Continuously explore new tools, platforms, and strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and ensure SayPro is leveraging the latest best practices in digital advertising.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on ad campaign setup, management, and optimization across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other major digital marketing platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns with demonstrable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, and more.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and platform-specific dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications, or certifications in other digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience with other advertising platforms, such as LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or programmatic ad buying.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or others.
  • Experience with ecommerce and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with advanced targeting and audience segmentation methods.
