SayPro Job Description for Ad Performance Analysis Team

Brand Awareness Team Optimize ad targeting to ensure maximum reach among SayPro’s desired audience segments

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Ad Performance Analysis:

    • Analyze ad performance data from the January SCMR-8 Campaign to measure effectiveness in achieving brand awareness goals.
    • Track KPIs such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and reach across different digital platforms.
    • Conduct in-depth post-campaign analysis to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
    • Create detailed performance reports that provide actionable insights, including recommendations for improving future ad targeting and creative strategies.
    • Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to gather and interpret performance data.

    2. Optimize Ad Targeting:

    • Work closely with the media buying and creative teams to fine-tune ad targeting parameters, ensuring maximum reach among desired audience segments.
    • Use advanced targeting techniques (demographic, geographic, behavioral, etc.) to ensure the right messages are delivered to the right people at the right time.
    • Test and iterate targeting strategies to optimize ad performance based on the campaign’s objectives.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of different ad formats (video, display, carousel, etc.) to determine the most effective ones for brand awareness.

    3. Campaign Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Continuously monitor ongoing campaigns to track real-time performance and make necessary adjustments to improve ad effectiveness.
    • Generate and present weekly and monthly reports on ad performance to stakeholders, including insights and recommendations based on data.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that ad content is aligned with the target audience’s interests and preferences.

    4. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

    • Work closely with marketing, data, and creative teams to ensure consistency in campaign goals, messaging, and execution.
    • Provide insights on how creative assets impact ad performance and suggest creative adjustments to improve brand recognition and audience engagement.
    • Participate in strategy meetings to ensure that ad performance goals are aligned with broader brand and marketing strategies.

    5. Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

    • Keep up to date with the latest trends in digital advertising and performance metrics.
    • Stay informed about emerging technologies, platforms, and tools that can help improve campaign effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    1. Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
    • 2+ years of experience in ad performance analysis or digital marketing.
    • Experience working with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is preferred.

    2. Skills:

    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
    • Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis software.
    • Understanding of digital advertising best practices and metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
    • Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

    3. Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

    • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing for ad optimization.
    • Familiarity with SQL or other data manipulation tools.
    • Experience with brand awareness campaigns and cross-platform advertising strategies.
