1. Plan and Schedule Feedback Sessions
- Objective: Strategically organize feedback sessions to gather insights from stakeholders involved in January’s SCMR-1 initiative.
- Actions:
- Identify key stakeholder groups: internal teams (procurement, project leads, M&E), bidders, evaluators, and external partners.
- Create a detailed schedule for feedback meetings, ensuring diverse participation and availability.
- Choose appropriate formats: in-person workshops, online surveys, virtual roundtables, and one-on-one interviews.
2. Develop Feedback Tools and Questions
- Objective: Design structured tools to ensure consistent, meaningful feedback is collected.
- Actions:
