Step 1: Access the Automated Reporting Tools

  1. Log in to SayPro:
    • Employees must log into the SayPro platform using their credentials to access the system and reporting tools.
  2. Navigate to the Reporting Section:
    • In the SayPro platform, locate the reporting or analytics section where automated reports are generated.
    • Select the option to generate a new report or choose the Monthly Government Donors Report template for January.

Step 2: Set Report Parameters

  1. Select the Time Frame:
    • Ensure the report is set for the appropriate time period—January. Employees should select the month of January for the relevant year to ensure the correct data is pulled.
      • Example: January 2025.
