1. Compilation of Submitted Bids and Proposals
- Objective: Collect and categorize all bids and proposals submitted throughout January under the SCMR-1 initiative.
- Actions:
- Retrieve all submissions from SayPro’s procurement and project management portals.
- Ensure documentation completeness: verify required forms, certifications, and references are included.
- Categorize proposals by project area (e.g., IT Services, Capacity Building, Infrastructure, Partnerships).
2. Preliminary Compliance Check
- Objective: Verify each proposal meets SayPro’s minimum submission criteria.
- Actions:
- Use the SCMR-1 compliance checklist to assess formatting, signatures, deadlines, and eligibility criteria.
- Flag and document any incomplete or non-compliant proposals.
- Notify bidders with incomplete documentation, if corrections are permitted.
3. Technical Evaluation
- Objective: Evaluate the technical merit of each proposal against SCMR-1 criteria.
- Actions:
