SayPro Job Description for Ad Performance Analysis Team Digital Marketing Specialist
Role: Ensure that ad campaigns are set up and optimized across multiple digital platforms
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ad Campaign Setup & Management
- Collaborate with the campaign management team to ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Configure, launch, and continuously optimize digital ad campaigns in line with campaign goals, focusing on key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
- Ensure proper targeting, segmentation, and ad creative development for each platform, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and customer preferences.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.
2. Ad Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Regularly monitor the performance of ad campaigns in real-time, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports for the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-8 Campaign, detailing key insights, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and platform-specific dashboards to analyze campaign data.
- Deliver performance summaries to stakeholders, providing insights on the effectiveness of ad strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
3. Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Identify trends, opportunities, and issues in ad performance and recommend strategies for optimization.
- Leverage advanced tools and methodologies to optimize campaigns, including bid strategies, audience segmentation, ad placement, and content optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to suggest adjustments to ad creatives and messaging based on performance data and target audience preferences.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate the success of the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-8 Campaign and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
4. Budget Management & Allocation
- Work with the finance and campaign management teams to ensure ad campaign budgets are allocated effectively across digital channels.
- Track and report on budget spending, ensuring campaigns stay within budgetary constraints while achieving desired results.
- Adjust budget allocations across platforms based on performance data and ROI metrics, ensuring optimal use of resources.
5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Team Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Support the team with insights on competitor performance and digital trends, contributing to the strategic planning and improvement of future ad campaigns.
- Provide expertise on best practices for ad targeting, bidding strategies, and platform-specific features to the broader digital marketing team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ad performance analysis and campaign optimization.
- Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar tools.
- Experience with performance tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- In-depth understanding of KPIs, conversion rates, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and other digital marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and advanced audience segmentation techniques.
