Brand Awareness Team Ensure all ads focus on building long-term brand recognition while maintaining clear calls to action
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze the performance of digital ads for the January SCMR-8 campaign, focusing on metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and brand recall.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms to gather and interpret campaign data.
- Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports that summarize key performance indicators (KPIs), provide actionable insights, and track the effectiveness of brand awareness efforts.
- Ad Effectiveness Assessment:
- Evaluate the balance between brand-building elements (e.g., imagery, messaging, tone) and actionable CTAs (e.g., sign-ups, purchases) within ads.
- Measure how well the advertisements contribute to long-term brand recognition and recall among target audiences.
- Work with the creative team to ensure that branding elements are consistent across all platforms and formats, ensuring alignment with SayPro’s overall brand strategy.
- Optimization and Recommendations:
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to optimize ongoing and future ad campaigns.
- A/B test different ad versions, messaging, and CTAs to determine which combinations perform best in terms of brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify trends and patterns in the data that can inform strategic changes to ad content, targeting, and distribution.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Collaborate closely with the creative, social media, and paid media teams to ensure that ads are aligned with overall marketing strategies and brand goals.
- Provide feedback and insights to the creative team regarding ad designs and messaging, ensuring that they are engaging and effective in building brand recognition.
- Work with the paid media team to optimize ad spend allocation, targeting parameters, and placements for maximum effectiveness.
- Audience Segmentation & Targeting:
- Analyze audience data and ensure that ads are effectively targeted to the right demographic groups.
- Provide guidance on how to refine audience targeting based on campaign performance to maximize brand exposure to the ideal customer segments.
- Budget Monitoring and Cost Efficiency:
- Monitor and manage the campaign budget to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively to drive brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the finance team to track campaign costs and optimize the use of ad spend.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices related to brand awareness and advertising performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis to assess the performance of SayPro’s ads in comparison to industry standards and competitors’ campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant analytics tools is a plus.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ad performance analysis, or related fields.
- Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
- Proven track record of analyzing brand awareness campaigns and delivering actionable insights.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and tools for data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Excel, Tableau).
- Proficiency in A/B testing, data visualization, and reporting.
- Comfortable with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to focus on both the big picture and granular details.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with paid media and digital ad campaign management.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
- Experience working on brand awareness campaigns for large-scale organizations or consumer brands.
Working Conditions:
- This position may require flexible hours based on the needs of the campaign and collaboration with global teams.
- Occasional travel may be required for conferences, meetings, or campaign-related events.
