Brand Awareness Team Role: Responsible for ensuring the brand’s messaging remains consistent and is optimized across all ads

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Brand Messaging Alignment:
      • Ensure that all advertising content in the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-8 Campaign accurately reflects SayPro’s brand messaging, tone, voice, and visual identity.
      • Work closely with the creative team to maintain consistency in visual elements (e.g., logo usage, colors, typography) and messaging across all ad formats (e.g., display ads, video ads, social media ads).
      • Review and approve all ad creatives before they are launched, ensuring they align with the approved brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
      • Serve as the go-to expert on SayPro’s brand guidelines, ensuring all stakeholders adhere to brand standards throughout the campaign.
    2. Optimizing Brand Visibility and Consistency:
      • Ensure that the brand’s key messages, unique selling propositions (USPs), and value propositions are clearly communicated and are present across all touchpoints in the campaign.
      • Regularly review and monitor the performance of ads to ensure that brand messaging is resonating with the target audience.
      • Conduct quality checks across multiple ad formats and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to ensure brand consistency is maintained, from ad copy and creative to landing pages and calls-to-action (CTAs).
    3. Ad Performance Monitoring for Brand Impact:
      • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track brand awareness metrics, such as impressions, reach, engagement rates, and video view rates.
      • Monitor social media sentiment and audience reactions to the ads to understand how the brand is being perceived across different platforms.
      • Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand awareness, including engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) and audience recall.
      • Analyze the impact of different ad types (e.g., video ads, display ads) on overall brand awareness, ensuring ads are not only driving clicks and conversions but also increasing brand recognition.
    4. Collaboration with Creative and Media Teams:
      • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and brand-aligned ad creatives, ensuring all assets reinforce the core message.
      • Provide feedback and recommendations for creative adjustments to optimize for both brand consistency and performance across ad formats.
      • Work with the media buying team to ensure that brand messaging is effectively communicated through proper targeting and placement of ads across platforms.
    5. Brand Awareness Testing and Experimentation:
      • Work closely with the Ad Analytics Team to implement A/B testing on different ad creatives and messaging to assess what works best for boosting brand awareness.
      • Test various ad copy variations, visuals, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to determine which messaging resonates most with the target audience and strengthens brand perception.
      • Analyze results of A/B tests and refine creatives and messaging based on findings to further elevate brand awareness.
    6. Campaign Reporting and Insights:
      • Develop and deliver regular reports that measure the effectiveness of the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-8 Campaign in achieving brand awareness goals.
      • Present findings and insights to key stakeholders, including what messaging and creative elements contributed most to improved brand recognition.
      • Provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns based on performance metrics and consumer feedback.
    7. Brand Tracking and Sentiment Analysis:
      • Leverage sentiment analysis tools and social listening platforms to track public perception of SayPro’s brand and its advertisements throughout the campaign.
      • Report on shifts in brand perception based on ad performance, making recommendations for adjustments if any negative sentiments arise.
      • Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure that brand messaging across paid media aligns with earned media efforts and other communication channels.
    8. Stakeholder Management and Communication:
      • Regularly communicate with senior leadership, marketing, and creative teams to ensure brand messaging remains aligned with broader organizational goals.
      • Provide strategic insights into how brand awareness can be improved through adjustments in creative, targeting, and campaign strategy.
      • Ensure all internal teams are aligned with the brand’s goals and guidelines, facilitating cross-department collaboration on maintaining brand consistency.
    9. Brand Strategy Evolution:
      • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities to evolve the brand’s messaging to stay relevant and competitive.
      • Provide recommendations for integrating new trends, insights, or consumer preferences into the brand’s messaging for future campaigns.
    10. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
      • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing, advertising, and brand strategy.
      • Experiment with new approaches to brand messaging, visuals, and formats to push the boundaries of traditional brand awareness campaigns and elevate SayPro’s positioning in the marketplace.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or certifications in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Advertising is a plus.
    • Experience:
      • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising, with a focus on ensuring brand consistency across multiple channels.
      • Experience in working with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, etc.), and understanding how to leverage these platforms to build brand awareness.
      • Proven track record of managing and optimizing brand messaging within digital advertising campaigns.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track brand awareness metrics.
      • Familiarity with social listening tools and sentiment analysis platforms to track public perception.
      • Strong knowledge of brand guidelines, campaign optimization, and creative design principles.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, track key brand performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Creative Skills: Ability to collaborate with creative teams and provide constructive feedback to improve messaging and ad creative.
